Responsibilities will include:

Museum staff coordination:
-
Ensure appropriate onboarding, training and scheduling of employees, volunteers and Sherut Leumi.

Preparing monthly staff schedule and salary reporting.

Delegate and supervise staff responsibilities in coordination with management
-
Serve as the point person for staff, address employee queries and facilitate solutions or direct to relevant managers.

Implementation of museum operational systems and procedures
-
Manage museum maintenance: supply orders, necessary repairs and vendor coordination
-
Event management - Point person for museum events, client and vendor coordination.

Understanding of administration policies, systems and procedures

Ability to supervise and lead staff

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Executive Assistant an advantage.

Fluent Hebrew and English
-
Hours: 9:00-15:00 (with some flexibility)

Availability on Chol Hamoed and during other peak periods
