Job Description

Caring for and feeding the animals in the museum, ensuring their habitats are properly maintained and presentable, and the animals are well fed, happy, and safe

Interacting with and providing excellent customer service to visitors, including school groups, seniors groups, and family tours

Assisting senior keepers, and other colleagues with relevant animal related tasks and procedures
Job Requirements

Love of, and interest in, exotic animals

Basic knowledge, and a willingness to learn more

Good communication skills, teamwork

Ability to work with and handle visitors of all ages and backgrounds

Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure

Availability to work on Chol Hamoed and during summer vacation
