Greeting visitors - families and groups

Interacting with visitors and providing answers to general questions about the museum experience

Support to Operations Manager and Office Manager

Gift store sales

Processing payments

Assisting with reservations and corresponding with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp

Part/full time - 6-8 hours a day, 5 days a week, plus alternating Fridays.
Job Requirements

Fully bilingual Hebrew / English - verbal and written communication

Ability to follow instructions and protocols, with high attention to detail

Good communication skills, teamwork

Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive under pressure, to multi-task, and to prioritize
-
Availability to work on Chol Hamoed and during summer vacation

Strong technical skills
-
Computer literate and quick at learning new programs and systems
