Job Description

  • Greeting visitors - families and groups

  • Interacting with visitors and providing answers to general questions about the museum experience

  • Support to Operations Manager and Office Manager

  • Gift store sales

  • Processing payments

  • Assisting with reservations and corresponding with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp

  • Part/full time - 6-8 hours a day, 5 days a week, plus alternating Fridays.

Job Requirements

  • Fully bilingual Hebrew / English - verbal and written communication

  • Ability to follow instructions and protocols, with high attention to detail

  • Good communication skills, teamwork

  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive under pressure, to multi-task, and to prioritize

  • Availability to work on Chol Hamoed and during summer vacation

  • Strong technical skills

  • Computer literate and quick at learning new programs and systems
