טופס זה מיועד למוזיאון הטבע התנ"כי לטובת הסכמתי לשימוש בתמונות/ סרטונים שאני מופיע/ה בהם, אני מאשר/ת בזאת כי אני מסכימ/ה שהמוזיאון ומי מטעמה יצלמו אותי / ישתמשו בתמונות / סרטונים שצולמו במהלך השתתפותי בפעילויות שונות של המוזיאון, ובקבוצות וסדנאות שבהן אני משתתפת/ת כחלק מרצון המוזיאון לעודד משתתפים/ות חדשים/ות ושותפים/ות להצטרף ולתמוך בפעילות המוזיאון ופרסום כללי של פעילות המוזיאון.
אני מסכימ/ה מרצוני החופשי כי המוזיאון יעשה שימוש בתמונות שלי לצרכי פרסום ושיווק, ומצהיר/ה שאין לי התנגדות שצילומי, (בסטילס או בסרט) יוקרנו בהתאם לצרכי המוזיאון באמצעי תקשורת שונים, בין היתר באתר המוזיאון, במדיה החברתית, בטלוויזיה, אינטרנט וכן במדיה כתובה או מודפסת על שילוט, פלאיירים, ועוד.
אני מצהיר/ה ומתחייב/ת כי אין לי כל זכות קניין רוחני ו/או זכות אחרת בתמונות ו/או חומרים אשר צולמו על ידי המוזיאון ו/או מי מטעמם, וכי למוזיאון כל הזכויות לפעול בהתאם לשיקול דעתו המלא ביחס לתמונות ו/או לסרט ו/או לחומרים שצולמו (לרבות אי הצגתם וגניזתם) ואני מוותר/ת על כל טענה מכל סוג בעניין זה, לרבות בנוגע לפגיעה בפרטיותי מעצם הפרסום.
This form is intended for the Biblical Museum of Natural History for my consent to the use of photos/videos in which I appear, I hereby confirm that I agree that the museum and those on its behalf will photograph me/use photos/videos taken in various activities of the museum, and groups and workshops in which I participate as part of the museum's desire to encourage new participants and partners to join and support the museum's activities and general publicity of the museum's activities.
I agree of my own free will that the museum will use my photos for advertising and marketing purposes, and declare that I have no objection to my photos, (in stills or on film) being screened according to the museum's discretion in various means of communications, either on the museum's website, social media, television and internet use, and in print media on signage, brochures, print advertising, etc.
I declare that I do not have any intellectual property rights and/or rights to the photos and/or other materials that were taken by the museum and/or anyone on their behalf, and that the museum has all the rights according to its full discretion over photos and/or film and/or materials that were photographed (including their non-display and storage) and I waive any claim of any kind in this regard, including regarding the violation of privacy from the publication.
