Job Description
As Head of Development you will:

Report to the CEO
-
Be responsible for all fundraising efforts both in Israel and internationally

Have full responsibility for cultivating all existing donors and for expanding the donor base

Be responsible for overseeing all grant applications and reports (LOIs proposals, reports, budgets, and budget narratives)

Work with staff to ensure compliance with grant commitments

Plan all donor initiatives
-
Be responsible for all acknowledgments of major donors through public and private recognition.
Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of previous experience

Outstanding English, verbal and written (Hebrew an advantage)

Able to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure

Strong team player
-
Self-motivator who can take initiative and complete projects

Excellent interpersonal skills

Computer literate
