Job Description

As Head of Development you will:

  • Report to the CEO

  • Be responsible for all fundraising efforts both in Israel and internationally

  • Have full responsibility for cultivating all existing donors and for expanding the donor base

  • Be responsible for overseeing all grant applications and reports (LOIs proposals, reports, budgets, and budget narratives)

  • Work with staff to ensure compliance with grant commitments

  • Plan all donor initiatives

  • Be responsible for all acknowledgments of major donors through public and private recognition.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience

  • Outstanding English, verbal and written (Hebrew an advantage)

  • Able to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure;

  • Strong team player;

  • Self-motivator who can take initiative and complete projects;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Computer literate
